We deliver the books listed in the Site to any location in India and world wide on special demand. Furthermore, we give our all to guarantee that the interest of our esteemed customers are followed through on time. We provide two distinct shipping services: Speed Shipping and Standard Shipping.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping is only available in India and it is free for all orders above Rs. 1000. We charge a shipping fee of Rs. 29 for orders of Rs. 1000 or less.
Within three business days of receiving payment, books will be dispatched. Shipping options like Standard Courier Service, Registered Mail, and Business Parcel Post will be used for delivery.
It might take Six to twelve days to get delivered.

SPEED SHIPPING is a premium service that costs extra and comes at a premium price. The books will be sent to you the same day the payment is received. Method of dispatch will be exceptional transportation choices like Speed Post. Speed Shipping is currently available within India and to few international locations. Delivery will take two to five days.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF INDIA
We deliver books to almost every country. Please use our Contact Form if you cannot locate your country on our shipping list.
We might charge you the actual costs to deliver books outside of India, regardless of the order's size. Before you click the final button for checkout, see the shipping cost for your order shown in the shopping cart. Shipping, tax, surcharge and payment gateway fees are all included in this price.
For destinations that Speed Post does not serve, Registered Air Parcel Service of India Post is utilized.

Cancellation and Return
pusthakachantha has a generous cancellation and return policy because it is committed to provide the best possible service to its clients. Please use our Contact Form, quoting your order number, or log in to your account as soon as possible if you want to cancel or return an order. You can get the problem fixed with help from our support team.

CANCELLATION
We will give you a full refund if you cancel your order before it is shipped.
You must wait until the package reaches you if you want to cancel an order after it has been shipped. You can get a refund after deducting the cost of shipping if you return your order unopened and in its original packaging within seven days of receiving it.

RETURN:
If you get the wrong book or a book that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care. In this case, a new book will be dispatched. Replacement will be done on availability of the book. You will get a refund if you can't get a replacement.
REFUND
There are two ways to get your money back.
1. You may opt for our coupon which you can use this to pay for your next purchase or to gift someone. This is how we normally refund.
2. Return to the Source card or Net Banking account that was used to make the initial transaction will receive a refund. This method enables customers who made use of our digital payment gateway to request a refund.
Pusthakachantha will either complete the cancellation or initiate the refund within three days of your request to return books, depending on your preference for the refund.
